There are some restrictions and limitations when using the OneDrive Sync Client. While that is a large amount there are impacts to search, viewing and OneDrive syncing to be aware of, please see the article referenced above for details Restrictions and limitations when you sync files and folders There is a limit to the total number of files and folders you can have within your OneDrive for Business account of 30 million.
